Los Dos Potrillos Cocina y Cantina established in 2022, owned by Daniel and Luis Ramirez. The brothers are also known as “Los Dos Potrillos,” which means the two colts. Brothers and business partners, created this concept after their father Jose opened Los Dos Potrillos Mexican Restaurant in 2002. While the brothers helped to expand to five full-service restaurants, they were ready to venture out to a new concept to match the trends of the world today. Los Dos Potrillos Cocina y Cantina is a fast-casual concept, that includes the top 50 menu items from the full-service restaurant. Cocina y Cantina will be counter service with a full bar, creating a more fast paced environment while enjoying all your favorite dishes and bottomless chips and salsa.
